Behind the Scenes with Infinity Health in Northwest Calgary

Last week the Legendary Creative House team was on set with Infinity Health in Calgary capturing content for an exciting new addition to their clinic — a skating treadmill designed specifically for hockey performance training.

The goal of the shoot was to produce high-impact video content that helps showcase the technology, the expertise behind it, and the real performance benefits for athletes training at the clinic.

Capturing the Story

We began the day filming interviews with Infinity Health’s Chief Physiotherapist, discussing the purpose of the skating treadmill and how it helps hockey players develop power, stride mechanics, and endurance in a controlled environment.

These interviews form the backbone of the story — explaining not just what the treadmill is, but why it matters for athlete development.

From there, we focused on capturing a wide range of cinematic B-roll footage around the clinic.

This included:

  • Athletes training on the skating treadmill

  • Close-ups of stride mechanics and movement

  • Wide establishing shots of the training space

  • Detail shots of equipment and performance tracking

  • General clinic atmosphere and athlete preparation

By pairing expert interviews with dynamic visuals, the final video will help viewers understand both the science and the experience behind the training program.

Turning Footage Into Story

By the end of the shoot, we had captured hours of interview footage and B-roll, giving us everything needed to craft a compelling story around Infinity Health’s new training capability.

Once editing is complete, the final content will be used across:

  • Website video content

  • Social media promotion

  • Athlete recruitment and marketing

  • Clinic branding and awareness

At Legendary Creative House, our focus is always on helping businesses tell their story in a cinematic and authentic way so that their audience understands what makes them different.

And sometimes, the best stories come from simply showing what happens behind the scenes.
